During my career I've created many designs for small business websites. Most recently I've been working for a global, multi-million dollar MLM and my primary focus has been on improving the corporate website. This has included a complete revamp of the home page, redesign of the client dashboard, and reconfiguration of product pages - including taking and retouching primary as well as supplemental product images. I work closely with the UX team and Google specialists to implement the results of A/B tests and recommended optimizations. I have also been the go-to guy for not only the design but also the development of supplemental website such as those used for our annual conventions and our humanitarian foundation.
I love manipulating images to create eye-catching banners and ads. It's just plain fun.
At a previous employer I had the opportunity to work on many print projects that included flyers, banners, vehicle wraps, marketing collateral, business cards, apparel, and more. I'm fortunate to have had the change to improve my skill set and learn Indesign.
I got into photography as a hobby. I enjoy getting outdoors and capturing the beauty of the world around us. It's a bonus that I get to take my daughters with me and spend quality time with them.
Since I know how to use a camera off Automatic mode, my current employer has utilized my photography skills to take better quality photos than was previously available to us for use on the corporate website. I've enjoyed learning about product photography, light setup, and bext practices for product photography post processing and would like to continue learning and improving in this area.
